Q: Do you give a fixed price for repairing a laptop?
A: Sorry no, but we can give a quotation after examining your faulty laptop.

Q: If I change my mind not to repair it, do you still charge me?
A: If you do not go ahead with the quotation you will be charged the evaluation fee of £30, and restocking charges for ordered parts.

Q: If my laptop is un-repairable, can I sell it to your company?
A: Yes, you can. You can either sell your broken laptop or buy a second-hand laptop via the parts exchange scheme.

Q: I need a laptop urgently for my work, what can I do?
A: You can either buy a second-hand laptop from Euro Repairs or rent one for a short period for a small fee on a daily basis.
