Included: Annual preventative maintenance site visit to include hardware service (Check fans / ventilation, test for hardware faults), virus protection review, review of back up integrity, review of workstation, server and infrastructure performance review. Office hours telephone support. Up to 4 hours remote assistance per year. Discounted hourly support outside of contracted hours, remote and onsite. Discounted travel time.


Silver

Included: Annual preventative maintenance site visit to include hardware service (Check fans / ventilation, test for hardware faults) ), virus protection review and update, review of back up integrity, review of workstation, server and infrastructure performance optimisation. Office hours telephone support. Up to 8 hours remote assistance per year. Up to two site support visit with a guaranteed response within 8 working hours. Discounted hourly support outside of contract, remote and onsite. Discounted travel time.


Gold

Included: Annual preventative maintenance site visit to include hardware service (Check fans / ventilation, test for hardware faults), virus protection review and update, review of back up integrity, review of workstation, server and infrastructure performance optimisation. Office hours telephone support. Up to 16 hours remote assistance per year. Up to four site support visit with a guaranteed response within 4 working hours. Discounted hourly support outside of contract, remote and onsite. Free travel time.
